By use of Todemy services users acknowledge that Todemy does not provide tutoring services and that all tutoring services are provided by independent third party contractors whom are not employed by Todemy.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication details and for all activities carried out once you have authenticated with Todemy.
